Dr. Jeff Mudrow started his career as a classroom teacher and taught classes ranging from middle school PE to AP United States History. He has served as an athletic director, upper school principal, and superintendent and always says that if he were to ever go back to the classroom, it would be to teach middle schoolers again. Jeff believes that a focus on what can be, rather than what was, is the key to growth and future success. Specializing in visionary leadership, Jeff has made a career guiding school boards, inspiring school leaders, and encouraging classroom teachers to reach for grand goals and then accomplish them.
Teresa Mudrow spent the first decades of her career teaching in kindergarten, second, and fifth-grade classrooms. While in the classroom, her passion for teaching students of all abilities to read, along with a graduate degree in K-12 literacy, has transformed her into a specialist in the science and teaching of reading. Recently, Teresa has turned her sights on teaching students who face tremendous learning challenges. As a certified educational therapist with countless hours of training focused on struggling learners and as a PhD student in a program focused on special education, Teresa believes that all students, regardless of ability, can and will learn.
